• No data is shared with third parties.
• The app operates entirely offline for file processing.
• We only collect anonymous usage statistics to improve the app.

3. App Usage and Limitations

Understanding the scope of our service:

• Tinyfile is designed for local file compression on Android, IOS, MacOS devices.
• The app requires Android API version 24 or higher.
• Processing speed depends on your device's capabilities.
• Some file formats may have compression limitations.
• We recommend testing with sample files first.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Clarity on content ownership and rights:

• You retain all rights to the files you compress using our app.
• Tinyfile does not claim ownership over any processed content.
• The app's interface, logo, and branding are property of Tinyfile.
• You may not reverse engineer or modify the application.

5. Subscription and Payment Options

Tinyfile offers flexible payment options to suit your needs:

• Weekly Subscription: Access to all features with automatic weekly renewal. Cancel anytime.
• Yearly Subscription: Access to all features with automatic yearly renewal at a discounted rate. Cancel anytime.
• One-Time Payment (Lifetime License): A single purchase grants you lifetime ownership of the app.
  • Free updates and new features are included for 1 year from the date of purchase.
  • After the 1-year period, we are under no obligation to provide updates, new features, or ongoing support.
  • The app will continue to function as-is, but compatibility with future OS versions is not guaranteed beyond the support period.

Subscription management and cancellation can be done through your device's app store settings. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled through your respective app store:

• If the app fails to perform its core functions, you may be eligible for a refund.
• To request a refund, please contact the App Store or Google Play Store directly through their refund request process.
• Refund eligibility and processing times are subject to the respective app store's policies.

• We regularly release updates for performance and security.
• Updates may be required to maintain app functionality.
• Technical support is available via email.
• Response times typically within 48 hours.

8. Liability and Disclaimer

Understanding our limitations:

• We recommend keeping backups of your original files.
• Tinyfile is not responsible for data loss during compression.
• We don't guarantee specific compression ratios.
• Service availability may vary due to maintenance or updates.
• The app is provided "as is" without warranties.

9. Prohibited Use

The following activities are not permitted:

• Using the app for illegal purposes.
• Violating copyright laws.
• Distributing inappropriate content.
• Attempting to reverse engineer the app.
• Reselling or redistributing the app.
